Facilities/Conference Rooms
The Institute for Biology Education has three rooms that are available for use by other campus units when they are not being used for Institute events:
- Room 117, 445 Henry Mall (capacity 20-30, A/V equipment available, built-in electronic white board)
- Room 110, 445 Henry Mall (capacity 20-30, A/V equipment available)
- Room 1160, Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery (capacity 16-20)
Priority for Rooms 110 and 117 will be given to events aligned with the Institute's mission, and priority for Room 1160 will be given to events serving undergraduates in the biological sciences. Lower-priority reservations may occasionally need to be cancelled. We will make every attempt to give adequate notice in cases of cancellation.
